UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user experiences across our products. This role requires a strong balance of creativity, usability knowledge, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Ensure design consistency through style guides and design systems.
• Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects.
• Solid understanding of design systems, typography, and color theory.
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design principles.

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or front-end development.
• Experience with motion design, micro-interactions, or prototyping tools.
