Subscription Plans

Reachware offers flexible subscription plans designed to meet the needs of businesses of all sizes. Each plan includes a different set of features, integration limits, and support levels.

Available Plans

• Starter: Up to 3 integrations, basic reporting, email support

• Professional: Up to 10 integrations, advanced analytics, priority support

• Enterprise: Unlimited integrations, custom workflows, dedicated account manager

Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Annual subscriptions receive a 20% discount. You can view your current billing cycle and next payment date in Settings > Billing.

Upgrading or Downgrading

You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
